How to Register for the Teachers’ Fund Mobile App: A Step-by-Step Guide

The Teachers’ Fund Mobile App is a convenient digital platform that allows members of the fund to access and manage their accounts with ease. Whether you're checking contributions, applying for a loan, or updating your details, the app makes everything accessible right from your mobile device.

If you are a teacher and a registered member of the Teachers' Fund, here’s a complete guide on how to register for and use the mobile app:

📱 Step-by-Step Registration Guide

  1. Download the App

    • Visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your smartphone.
    • Tap the search bar and type “Teachers’ Fund Mobile App.”
    • Download and install the app on your device.
  2. Launch the App

    • Open the app after installation.
    • Enter your Staff ID in the space provided.
    • Tap Register to begin the sign-up process.
  3. Initial Verification

    • Tap the blue button at the bottom of the left screen page.
    • Confirm your Staff ID.
    • Provide your active phone number (ensure it’s the number linked to your Staff ID).
    • Tap the blue button again to continue.
  4. Personal Details

    • Enter your First Name.
    • Enter your Surname.
    • Add your Middle Name (if applicable).
    • Select your mobile network provider.
  5. Review and Confirm

    • Carefully go through the details you have entered.
    • Make any necessary corrections before proceeding.
    • Enter the 4-digit OTP sent to your phone and wait a few moments (network speed may affect delivery).
  6. Passcode Authentication

    • Tap the return key and enter the 6-digit passcode sent to your phone.
    • Authenticate the passcode.
    • Wait for confirmation via SMS indicating your successful registration on the platform.

.🛠 Member Update – Completing Your Profile

Once you’re registered, the app will direct you to the Member Update section. Here’s what you need to do:

  • Upload a passport-size photo of yourself.
  • Upload the front side of your Ghana Card.
  • Upload the back side of your Ghana Card.
  • Enter your Ghana Card number.
  • Provide the expiry date of your Ghana Card.
  • Upload your digital signature (ensure it’s clear).

Submit the details and wait for confirmation.

 

Important Notes

  • Some steps may slightly differ depending on device model or app updates.
  • Use a password you can easily remember. It must be four digits.
  • Select and answer at least three security questions accurately. These are crucial for password recovery.
  • Keep your passcode and security answers safe and confidential.
  • Approval of your registration may take between 1–3 working days or more.
